STP Holdings, LLC, doing business as Florida Project Builders, operates this informational website. These terms describe use of the website and map. They do not replace or change a separately signed project agreement.
Website descriptions are general information, not an individual estimate, bid, project-specific professional opinion, warranty, or commitment to accept a project. Confirm information relevant to your project directly with us.
Project scope and agreements
A phone call, text, email, preliminary response, or website visit does not by itself reserve a schedule position or establish an agreed project scope or price. Project acceptance, scope, pricing, payment, scheduling, changes, responsibilities, and warranties belong in a separately signed written agreement and its supporting documents.
Feasibility depends on property conditions, design, zoning, utilities, access, applicable codes, materials, and other project-specific factors. Permit and approval decisions belong to the responsible authorities. Website content cannot determine whether a particular project will receive approval.
Completed projects and approximate map locations
The map presents 100 completed projects grouped across 16 mapped locations, including locations in Florida and Ohio. Completed-project locations are separate from the nine Florida service areas listed for current inquiries. A historical project location does not establish current service availability there.
Pins use approximate public city centers and may be grouped at wider zoom levels. They do not identify individual properties, street addresses, property lines, or exact project sites. Use the map to explore the general geographic distribution of completed work, not as a survey, boundary record, route to a project, or guarantee of current availability.
Basemap roads, labels, and satellite imagery come from outside providers and may be incomplete or outdated. They are not project-specific surveys or evidence of current site conditions.
Contact options and project materials
Call, text, and email links open the corresponding application on your device. Message delivery and response times are not guaranteed. Provide accurate information you are authorized to share and only what is useful for reviewing your inquiry.
The website does not accept file uploads. If you separately send plans, photographs, or other materials for project review, you should have permission to share them. Sending materials for review does not by itself authorize their publication or use in advertising.
Website content and reasonable use
Website text, designs, branding, and other content may be protected by intellectual-property rights. You may browse and use the site for ordinary informational purposes. These terms do not restrict uses permitted by law or separate licenses that apply to particular content.
Do not use the website to impersonate another person, submit fraudulent inquiries, infringe rights, introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the site or its security.
OpenStreetMap contributors provide street-map data. USGS, USDA, and The National Map provide the credited imagery. The map displays provider credits; applicable third-party rights and license terms continue to apply to their material.
Outside services and availability
Map providers, linked websites, telephone carriers, and email services operate under their own terms and policies. Their availability and content can change. A link or map credit does not imply that a provider endorses Florida Project Builders.
Website information and features may be corrected, updated, interrupted, or unavailable. Please contact us about an apparent error or to confirm information before relying on it for a project decision. Nothing here changes obligations under an applicable signed agreement or duties imposed by law.
