A deliberate process

From First Conversation to Project Closeout

The exact path changes with the work, but every project starts by defining what the homeowner wants to accomplish and organizing the work before construction begins.

  1. Project Conversation

Share the property and the outcome you have in mind.

  2. Scope & Feasibility

We evaluate the property, project requirements, permitting considerations, and major cost drivers.

  3. Preconstruction

Scope, plans where needed, trade coordination, permitting, and scheduling are organized before construction begins.

  4. Construction & Closeout

We manage the work through construction, inspections, completion, and final walkthrough.
