Who operates this website
STP Holdings, LLC, doing business as Florida Project Builders, operates this website. This policy covers the website, its project map, and initial communications made through the listed phone, text, and email contact options. Separate project records and agreements may involve additional information and notices.
Information you choose to provide
When you call, text, or email, you may provide your name, contact details, project location, scope, timing, and the contents of your message. We use that information to review and respond to your inquiry, discuss project fit, arrange next steps, and maintain relevant business records.
Please send only information useful for your inquiry. Do not send Social Security numbers, passwords, payment-card or bank details, government identification, or unrelated sensitive information through an initial inquiry.
The public website has no inquiry form, customer account, checkout, or file-upload feature. Its contact links ask your device to open your telephone, messaging, or email application. Opening a link does not itself send a message or generate an automatic reply. Your chosen communication service handles the call or message under its own practices.
Hosting and technical information
Cloudflare delivers and helps protect the website. Hosting, network, and security services may process IP addresses, browser or device information, requested pages, dates and times, traffic information, and security events. Technical logs may exist even when you do not contact us.
The public website does not include an advertising pixel, session-replay tool, or call-tracking service installed by us. This does not describe or limit the technical processing performed by hosting, map, email, or telephone providers. Their policies explain their own practices.
Project map and outside map providers
The project map loads its project list from this website. It shows project counts at approximate city centers, without publishing individual street addresses, property coordinates, customer names, contact details, or project pricing. Searching and filtering this list takes place in your browser.
Street-map images load directly from OpenStreetMap at tile.openstreetmap.org. Satellite imagery loads directly from the U.S. Geological Survey's National Map at basemap.nationalmap.gov. Loading or moving the map sends requests to the selected provider for the geographic areas and zoom levels being viewed. Those requests expose your IP address and may include browser information and a referring page, depending on browser settings. Providers may keep technical records under their own policies.
The map does not request your device's GPS location. The places you view on the map do not necessarily represent your physical location.
Browser storage and your choices
The map saves its street or satellite display preference in your browser's local storage under fpb-map-style. This optional preference lets the map remember its display style on a later visit. It is not an advertising identifier. The map can operate when browser storage is unavailable.
You can remove the preference by clearing this site's stored data in your browser settings. The map may save it again when you revisit or change styles. Clearing local storage does not delete records held by hosting or map providers. You can contact us by phone or email without opening the map.
Use and sharing of information
Information may be used to handle inquiries, assess project scope and location, arrange conversations or proposals, keep business records, troubleshoot services, and protect against misuse. An inquiry alone is not permission for unrelated or recurring marketing.
People working for the operator and service providers supporting communications, hosting, security, or professional advice may handle information relevant to those functions. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably needed to address fraud, disputes, rights, or safety, subject to applicable law. Map providers receive browser requests directly when their map images load.
Retention and security
How long records are kept depends on the inquiry, any resulting project, business record needs, disputes, and applicable obligations. Provider records may follow provider policies and account settings. There is no single retention period stated here for every type of record.
No website, email, telephone, text-message, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Limit initial messages to information needed to discuss your project, and contact us before sending sensitive documents.
Privacy questions and requests
To ask about information you provided, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email john@floridaprojectbuilders.com or call 330-974-4036. Available rights and responses depend on applicable law and the records involved. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity and protect records before acting on a request. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
Other websites and policy updates
Outside websites and services have their own privacy policies. This policy may be updated when the website, providers, or information practices change. The date above identifies this version; a later revision does not by itself authorize a new use of information previously collected.
